What can I expect from our bridal preview appointment?

During a preview we get to know each other and discuss the theme and vibe of your wedding. I will execute your look after having an open conversation to achieve exactly what you envision and celebrates your unique beauty.

What if I forgo an in-person bridal preview?

​

I do recommend a preview appointment as it gives an assured and comfortable feeling on your wedding day. However I know that doing a preview may not be always possible. In lieu of an in person meeting we will have a phone consultation to discuss your beauty desires and concerns as well as any you might have for your bridal party.

How Should I prepare for our appointment?

 

Please have clean dry hair free from heavy conditioners or hair masks as well as a makeup free face (lightly moisturized is ok).

How do I prep my skin leading up to the wedding day?

 

Beautiful makeup starts with beautiful skin! Professional facials and a good home skin care ritual are the key to having the best and brightest skin on your wedding day. How should I plan my wedding day timeline for the makeup?

On the morning of, I plan to arrive 30 min before the start time to settle in and set up my station.

I ask for 1 hr for each service. Hair and Makeup = 2 services. I find that a 1 hour window makes for the most relaxed time frame and provides a cushion in case of late arrivals (up to 15 mins).  To determine the "start time", I count backwards from your "makeup completion" time, which tends to be determined by your photographer +/or wedding planner.

Do you beautify large wedding parties by yourself ?

​

For parties of 6+, I contract additional support to accommodate the requested service total from one of my amazing artists. This will help the flow of the morning and will allow the timeline to be stress-free & shortened with the larger party. 

POLICIES

Deposit:

A 30% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract are required to secure your wedding date. Please be advised, dates and scheduled appointments will only be reserved when a signed service agreement and deposit are received. All booking is first come, first serve. 

 

Travel:

A travel fee of 0.75 cents/mile each way outside of Missoula, MT will be applied. Available for out of state travel. Custom quotes will be assessed.

Parking:

Valet or parking are added to the remainder due on the day of service

 

Early Arrival:

A $50 fee for a start time before 8:00 am will be added to the final amount due. If the destination is more than 2 hours with an early start time, lodging is requested.

Requesting additional services after a signed contract:

Client is responsible for the number of services booked in the service agreement. I cannot guarantee my availability for additions but  will happily accommodate them if time allows. There is the possibility to add services, but I cannot remove services.

Payment:

The final balance is due one week prior to the event date. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person who has signed the contract. Payments can be made by cash, check, Venmo, or credit card using Square (for an small processing fee)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for 50% of the due balance.

HEALTH PROTOCOL

 I am taking the necessary precautions to keep my clients and myself safe. As always, I am upholding the highest level of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe experience. 

Please be advised of the modifications to the structure in which makeup and hair services are completed in order to ensure safety both for client and artist:

​

-All services will be completed in a ventilated room with access to fresh air,  no smaller than 12’x12 ft. 

-Please keep the number of people in the room to only the clients receiving services at their time of service. 

-If a client is having symptoms of cold or flu please do not keep your hair or makeup appointment. 

-If a late cancellation occurs, 50% of the service rate due will be paid.
